Lighting barrier in list it may seems it is 10% but in true pvp lands like 100%. Test pvp and you will see i am right. Even against player with certification: passive resist to para, frintezza ON and skill ++ against para, skill still land like 100%. It is a usual bug since Hellbound. You of course know that.

You are right about death mark i think.
